Winfried Ebner, PhD, is a thought leader in ‚Working Differently.‘ He shapes the networked economy and develops corporate influencer programs. His passion lies in building communities that cut across functional business areas, helping organizations respond quickly and dynamically to strategic challenges. Winfried is active as an organizational consultant, author, podcaster, and keynote speaker. His book ‚The New Power of Corporate Influencers‚ is considered a standard reference on corporate influencing. He is also the co-host of the Corporate Influencer Podcast, where corporate ambassadors meet corporate voices each week.

Vita: Winfried Ebner, PhD

Dr. Winfried Ebner is a thought leader in „Working Differently.“ He shapes the networked economy and develops corporate influencer programs. His passion lies in building communities across functional business areas, helping organizations to meet their strategic challenges quickly and dynamically. In 2008, the communication scientist earned his PhD in Economics with a dissertation on „Community Building for Innovations.“

He gained much of his rich experience at Telekom, where he spent over 14 years in various leadership roles within Kraftwerk Kommunikation, Corporate Communications, and Market Communication. Through his initiatives on „Working Differently – Inspiring People,“ he won numerous awards, including the New Work Award, the HR Innovation Award, and recognition of the Corporate Influencer community „Telekom Ambassadors“ as the best communication team of the year.

Winfried is active as an organizational consultant, author, podcaster, and keynote speaker. His book, „The New Power of Corporate Influencers,“ is considered a standard work on corporate influencing. He is also the co-host of the Corporate Influencer Podcast, where corporate ambassadors meet corporate voices weekly. He is further driven by topics such as social media, data analytics, new work, Working Out Loud, digital learning, digital leadership, objectives and key results (OKRs), organizational agility, and content and digital marketing.
